The past year was a very significant year for us in Scripture Union in many ways: a) it marked the end of two decades of the leadership of Mr. Jude Hama. We praise God for his stewardship. Jude has since been seen off.  b) for the first time in our history school missions were carried out as a national project. We were enabled by the LORD’S grace to reach out to 15 schools across the nation. Everywhere we went the response to the Gospel of Christ was overwhelming. A total of 24,591students were reached in the schools with some 6,703 responding to the call to make one decision or the other for Christ. Another 3,761 were counseled and given help to live the victorious Christian life. The young people in our schools are yearning for a relationship with the True God!  c) the Scripture Union worked on a new Five – Year Strategic Plan (FSP II – AD 2011-AD2015). d) I had the singular privilege and honor to be appointed as the 6^th General Director of Scripture Union.

We remain forever grateful to the LORD for all these landmark events. Let us pray that the LORD will continue to prosper the ministry of Scripture Union in the years to come.
